Château Vieux Clocher Côtes du Rhône Rouge 2024

Produced by Arnoux & Fils, Vieux Clocher is a classic Southern Rhône blend built around 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre. Old-vine fruit gives the wine good concentration, with ripe black cherry, raspberry and plumjoined by cracked pepper, Provençal herbs, vanilla and gentle oak spice. The palate is generous but not heavy, with supple tannins, bright fruit and a lightly savory, peppery finish. The wine receives oak aging, adding structure and enough depth to make this a particularly good value in kosher Côtes du Rhône.
