Herzog Lineage Pinot Noir

Herzog Lineage Choreograph is a field blend of 12 grape varieties, harvested from Prince Vineyard vines and fermented and aged into a single, unique wine. This bold red offers candied cherry, rose petal, Asian pear and blackberry aromas. A complex and lingering flavor of tannins and a textured finish shows hints of leather, anise and toasted pine nut.

This wine pairs well with hard cheeses, charcuterie and well-seasoned, pickled meats. The structure of the wine will allow it to age for up to eight years, if stored properly at 55º F - 60º.
