Dadah Winery was founded in 2007 out of a passion for wine, but primarily out of a great love and appreciation of the first winemaker who left us his legacy: Grandfather Dadah, who 120 years ago was already earning his living by making wine in Morocco. Today, Nechemia Kattabi and Jackie Hazan -- the granddaughter of Dadah -- direct the winery, which has been engaged in the industry for about two decades. The winery produces more than 12,000 bottles annually.
