Mony M Merlot

This MERLOT is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel at 78°. Then aged in French oak for three months. Mid red in color with aromas of ripe forest fruit, this wine has has supple gentle tannins.

Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery in the hills near Bet-Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers, Dr. Mony Artool.
