Mony Vineyard M Series Wave Semi Sweet Red

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a semi sweet. The grapes were harvested late in the season from the high part of the Samson region. Upon short fermentation te success of keeping the sweetness while retaining nice refined tannins results in a well balanced wine.

Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery in the hills near Bet-Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers, Dr. Mony Artool.
