Caroni Distillery was a rum distillery located on the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean. It was founded in 1918 and operated for more than 80 years until it was closed in 2002.

The distillery was known for producing high-quality rums, particularly heavy rums that were aged for a long time. Caroni's rums were made using molasses from Trinidad's sugar cane industry and were distilled in a unique column still that was designed and built specifically for the distillery.

Caroni's rums were sought after by rum enthusiasts and collectors around the world, and after the distillery's closure, remaining stocks of their aged rums became increasingly rare and valuable. In recent years, independent bottlers have released limited edition bottlings of Caroni's rums, which have continued to be highly prized by rum aficionados.

Today, the site of the former Caroni Distillery has been redeveloped into an industrial park, but the legacy of the distillery and its rums live on in the hearts of rum lovers worldwide.
