The Macallan Harmony Collection – Jing Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is an elegant, limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky that celebrates the delicate flavors and rich cultural heritage of China’s renowned Phoenix Honey Orchid tea. Part of The Macallan’s Harmony Collection, this expression is crafted to echo the refined aromatic and floral qualities of the tea while still delivering the depth, texture, and complexity fans expect from The Macallan.

On the nose, it opens with inviting notes of gentle honeyed sweetness, floral orchid blossoms, light citrus peel, and soft vanilla. The palate is smooth and layered, revealing flavors of warm honey, orchard fruit, delicate jasmine and orchid florals, and a creamy texture that carries subtle spice and oak. A whisper of tea-leaf nuance adds a light herbal brightness, enhancing the overall balance and sophistication.

The finish is long, refined, and comforting, with lingering honeyed floral notes, gentle spice, and polished oak. Bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof) in a 750 ml format, this release offers an approachable yet expressive experience that pairs beautifully with reflective moments or thoughtful gifting.

Cask Program:
This whisky is matured through a multi-cask regimen, integrating sherry-seasoned European and American oak caskswith a portion of ex-bourbon American oak barrels. The combination of these cask influences layers sweetness, fruit complexity, floral aromatics, and gentle spice while preserving harmony and balance—enhancing the whisky’s nuanced profile rather than overshadowing its delicate, tea-inspired character.
