Dadah Marselan Special Reserve 2017

This fine Marselan is grown in the Galil in Israel capping a two thousand year tradition of wine-making in the region.

Strictly Kosher under the supervision of Rabbinate of Carmel Beach area and Badatz Beit Yosef; not Mevushal.

Marselan is a red French wine grape variety that is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. It was first bred in 1961 by Paul Truel near the French town of Marseillan.

Dadah Winery was founded in 2007 out of a passion for wine, but primarily out of a great love and appreciation of the first winemaker who left us his legacy: Grandfather Dadah, who 120 years ago was already earning his living by making wine in Morocco. Today, Nechemia Kattabi and Jackie Hazan -- the granddaughter of Dadah -- direct the winery, which has been engaged in the industry for about two decades. The winery produces more than 12,000 bottles annually.
