Ardbeg Galileo

Ardbeg Galileo is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Ardbeg Distillery, located on the Isle of Islay in Scotland. It was released to commemorate a significant astronomical event – the 400th anniversary of the Italian astronomer Galileo Galilei's discovery of Jupiter's moons in 1610.

The Ardbeg Galileo whisky was distilled and released in 2012 and gained attention not only for its flavor profile but also for its unique packaging and branding that celebrated Galileo's contributions to science and astronomy. The whisky itself is known for its peaty and smoky character, which are typical traits of Islay whiskies.
