ALMA WHITE
Alma is a series of great wines made for
simple pleasures: dinner with friends, a
picnic in the park or snacks at sunset. Our
White Alma is a floral full bodied dry
wine; a kiss from the Galilee. You can
drink it on its own or pair it with local
dishes like mezze, fish, grilled vegetables
and fresh cheeses.
WINEMAKING
45% Viognier from Tel Fares Vineyard
25% French Colombard from Kfar Kish
15% White Grenache from Tel Fares
15% Chenin Blanc from Natur

The grapes for this wine were picked
and fermented separately. Some in
barrels and some in steel. Once
fermentation was completed the wines
were blended and allowed to age in
French oak barrels for a further four
months.
TASTING NOTES
Alma Ivory is a translucent and delicate
wine; it has notes of apricots and honey
on the nose. It is medium bodied with a
long refreshing finish.
