A L C O H O L 5.5% C O N T E N T W I N E M A K I N G & A G E I N G Made from Moscato Bianco grown in Puglia, on the southeast coast of Italy, the Blumantti Moscato is a sweet, low-alcohol white wine made in the Frizzante or semi- sparkling style. The grapes are gently pressed, fermented into wine, and then stored at a cool temperature in steel tanks. The Moscato is then made sparking using the traditional Italian ‘tank method’, in which the second fermentation of the wine takes place in large, pressurized tanks called autoclaves, resulting in the formation of bubbles. This approach preserves the natural fresh, fruity flavors and aromas of the Moscato grapes while making the finished wine gently and delightfully sparkling.
