Casa de Hamsa Blanco Tequila

Casa de Hamsa Tequila is produced at the state-of-the-art distillery ‘Casa Tequilera Alma de Mexico’, located in the heart of the Jalisco Highlands.

The high elevations in the state of Jalisco Highlands (up to 7,200 feet above sea level) are the key tosuccessfully growing the very best Blue Agave Weber plant. Cool climate, and volcanic soils give rise to agave that matures for close to a decade before reaching harvesting quality. During that time, the agave soaks up unique aromas and flavors
indigenous only to this region.

The Blue Agave plants grown in the Highlands of Jalisco produce a rounder and more fruity tasting tequila, all plants are stone-ground and
cooked to perfection for a sweeter taste that’s sometimes described as fruity or floral. Hand-crafted in Mexico and owned by Mexicans, the
time-honored process uses no additives and just three ingredients: deep well water and champagne yeast to bring out the best in our fully-mature Highland agave.

A fruit-forward, full flavor tequila derived from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the high-altitude region of the Jalisco Highlands have a higher sugar content, which can contribute to the tequila’s sweeter taste and more aromatic profile. The refined taste of the Casa de Hamsa Tequila comes from a very detailed attention to the production, each step is
monitored by sensors to control and extract all flavors and natural agave sugars from the Blue Agave Weber plant.

The longer growing period creates a fruit-forward plant that is processed and distilled at ‘Casa Tequilera Alma de Mexico’ Distillery, NOM 1654.
